The Problem

My gluten and dairy-free journey began in 2010. I visited my doctor to find out why I was feeling so ill, and the first thing he said was that he wanted me to go off gluten and dairy for two weeks. What?! I had never heard of anyone having a gluten issue or that there was a possibility that dairy could bother me. Me? Now?

I decided I would give it a try – doctor’s orders and all…so after just a couple of days, I felt as if my head wasn’t so “cloudy” and after a few more days, my gut health was improving. Two weeks later, I knew that I had to change my lifestyle to eliminate dairy and gluten forever if I wanted to feel this good all the time.

The Results

  • Fatigue

The Process

It’s a process and it takes time to heal after years of consuming foods that your body doesn’t want or like. The results may differ for everyone, and I’m not a doctor, but this site is here to help you successfully change your eating habits.

I’m so much healthier now than I was back in 2010. I eat a diet of real-food. God made delicious things for us to enjoy, so I figured out how to enjoy them gluten and dairy-free, and now I get to share that with you!
