Dairy-Free Keto Coffee Creamer

Who doesn’t love a good cup of coffee? Just because we’re dairy-free doesn’t mean we have to have a creamer that’s filled with things we don’t want to consume. Let’s make our own! Our Dairy-Free Keto Coffee Creamer is surprisingly easy and just a few ingredients are needed.

Why make your own creamer?

Have you ever noticed what the ingredients in store-bought creamer are? Some of the words I can’t pronounce and some just aren’t healthy. I try to eat as naturally as possible; no processed foods if I can help it. Artificial ingredients can cause stomach upset, IBS issues etc. So why not enjoy the health benefits of a cup of Joe without the added ingredients?

Here are just a few of the unhealthy ingredients in store-bought coffee creamers:

Carrageenan- Very bad for people with tummy issues

Corn Syrup

Guar Gum

Gellan Gum

Acacia Gum

Soy Lecithin

Locust bean gum

Dipotassium Phosphate- what’s this?

Plus, if you make your own, it’s exactly how you want it. Sweeten to your liking, by adding your favorite flavors to it like cinnamon, maple syrup, peppermint extract, orange extract, this list could go on and on. Be creative!

How I like my coffee….

I love to grind my own beans because the taste is just so much fresher, and the smell of fresh ground beans is heavenly to me. Don Pablo is my favorite brand. Their coffee is low acidic which is great for anyone that has a sensitive tummy like me. They also use water to process their coffee beans, no harsh chemicals like other brands. Ok, enough on why I love Don Pablo, I use one packet of stevia in my coffee with my creamer, and usually more creamer than most people I know, I think floating some coconut cream on top is the bomb; it melts in slowly. Yummy!!! Oh, and maybe sprinkle with a little cinnamon.

Dairy-Free/ Keto Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Delicious dairy-free and keto coffee creamer.


  • 1- 13.5 ounce can of coconut cream

  • Vanilla extract to taste

  • Stevia, maple syrup, monk fruit to taste- To keep this keto use monk fruit or stevia

  • Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk as needed


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well until the coconut cream is thinned out. If its to thick you can add 1 tablespoon of almond or coconut milk to it at a time to thin it out, I personally use about 6 tbsp but do what you like best.
  • Add sweetener as needed to your liking.
  • Store in the fridge for up to one week. Your creamer will separate, but just give it a stir and you’re good to go.


  • To keep this Keto use stevia or monk fruit for sweetener.
