Easy Dairy-Free Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Easy Dairy-Free Chocolate Covered Strawberries are so easy to make that you will wonder why you don’t make them more often. It’s hard to get our family to eat fruit more often so this makes it just a little easier.

They are perfect for Valentine’s Day or any special occasion. They are so easy that your kids can even make them!

Easy Dairy-Free Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Wash and dry the strawberries. If you don’t dry them completely they will cause the chocolate to seize up.

Add your chocolate chips to a glass bowl and melt in the microwave in 15-second increments, stirring in between every 15 seconds until melted.

Roll the strawberries in the chocolate. Place them on a piece of parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
