Lemon and Herb Tahini Dressing-No Oil

Lemon and Herb Tahini Dressing-No Oil

I love to make my own salad dressings. I do this because I want to know that they don’t contain anything that I don’t want to put in my body. So many dressings are made with bad oils and sugars. My Lemon and Herb Tahini Dressing-No Oil is amazing! It’s clean and filled with healthy foods.

I went to CAVA for dinner the other night and this is the dressing that I always order. I don’t eat many oils so I wanted to create one without any added oils. I hope that you enjoy it!

Let’s make our dressing

This couldn’t be easier. Simply add everything to your Vitamix blender and blend until everything is combined. You can store this in a mason jar in your fridge for 2-3 days. I use this to top a salad or sometimes pasta.

What’s in my salad

I always get asked what’s in my salads. So in the salad shown, I have a bed of spinach, a portabella mushroom patties (recipe coming! ) a spiralized cucumber, carrots, olives, orange peppers, and tomatoes. I topped it with the Lemon and Herb Tahini Dressing. It was delicious!

I hope that you enjoy this salad dressing!
