My Super Easy Spiralized Vegan Salad will be a favorite of yours real quick! This dinner took me less than 10 minutes to prepare and it’s loaded with really healthy food, your body will thank you! If you don’t know me yet I like easy and this fits the bill!

Kitchen supplies needed

For this recipe, you will need a spiralizer. I just got this amazing spiralizer from Amazon for Mother’s Day and I LOVE it! It’s electric so it is fast and easy to use. I have had other spiralizers that you had to crank to use and this is SO much more, no more sore arms just to make zoodles!

I also LOVE these big white bowls that I got on Amazon. They make great salad bowls because they are big. I use them almost daily and now own two sets of them because we use them so much.

Let’s make a salad!

The first thing you are going to do is peel your cucumber and zucchini if you wish, I don’t love the skins so I remove them. Next feed them through your spiralizer, if you don’t have one you could just chop or slice them.

Add the zucchini and cucumber to the bowl, followed by the carrots, onions, tomatoes, avocado, and sprouts. Then top it with my Lemon And Herb Tahini Dressing-No Oil.

All that’s left to do is enjoy! You can add anything that you’d like to this salad. Please leave a comment if you try this recipe and let me know how you liked it or if you changed it up at all.
